LUYOR-3320表面瑕疵檢查燈，利用適合的光纖燈源，在工件表面折射出光路，使得操作員肉眼可識別出工件表面的灰塵、刮痕、毛刺、凹凸、油墨等瑕疵點(diǎn)，取代傳統(tǒng)的照明設(shè)備 和光學(xué)系統(tǒng)機(jī)臺，直接通過照明光線和肉眼，觀測出一般玻璃表面、部件表面的瑕疵，極大的節(jié)省了一般工廠的采購成本。產(chǎn)品主要用于鏡片、液晶玻璃、手機(jī)玻 璃、模具、汽車、手機(jī)保護(hù)膜、柔性基板、網(wǎng)版絲印等行業(yè)。

白光：刮傷以及對不同層次的鍍膜均勻或微污染有很好的效果。
綠光：微刮傷、粉塵異物、Mura，，70%以上的表面不良都可以被檢出。尤其是表面的微刮傷。
黃光：微刻模具、半導(dǎo)體晶圓、藍(lán)寶石。模擬全波段的鹵素光源，對鍍膜檢查效果不錯(cuò)。
